Untitled

Untitled was a really personal piece of mine. A reflection of the ''torture'' I was living at the time I was creating this piece. A piece of the unknown- of the self doubt. Holding your own self back, crippled by your surroundings and yourself. As we can see in this piece the protagonist extends his hand to a biblical figure, broken and battered. Ready to ascent, ready to move on to what is seen as divinity. In reality, two hands are holding him down, locking him in-place, a false sense of growth and progress. A stagnation and a lock in place, finding himself unable to continue, unable to change nor ascent. Slowly withering and breaking every limb in his body to "break free". Untitled.
